1. Who we are
Appily Fortysix is operated by APPILY FORTYSIX SEED TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED, registered at Unit 46, Seed Exchange Block, Sowing Lane, Hyderabad, Telangana 500046. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, mobile browser, or linked checkout pages.
2. Product range
Our catalogue includes vegetable seeds, flower seeds, fruit seeds for planting, herb seeds, forage seeds, spice seeds, and other sowing packets. Each listing shows net weight, count, or variety. Product photos are representative; natural variation in size, colour, and germination grade is expected with sowing seeds.
3. Pricing & payment
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable charges displayed at checkout.
- We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD) where courier coverage permits.
- Email verification is required before your first order is dispatched.
- An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email.
4. Perishable goods notice
Sowing seed is a living product. Shelf life after delivery depends on variety, ambient temperature, and storage method. Appily Fortysix does not guarantee identical germination grade across every unit in a lot.
5. Liability cap
Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as meal preparation costs or event delays.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over unresolved disputes.
