Our commitment

Appily Fortysix collects only the data needed to fulfil seed orders and provide support. We do not sell personal information to data brokers or unrelated marketers.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, verification status.
• Delivery data: shipping address, phone number, order notes.
• Payment metadata: method chosen (UPI/COD), transaction reference — never your UPI PIN.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, session tokens for security.

Data retention

Order records are retained for seven years for tax compliance. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of closure, unless law requires longer retention.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing seeds@appilyfortysix.com. We respond within 30 days.
